*Terms and Conditions for Photography Studio Hire*
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions for booking a photography studio on our website:
*1. Booking and Payment:*
– All bookings must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session.
– A £50.00 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after the session if no damages occur.
*2. Group Size Surcharge:*
– For bookings that include more than 5 people, an additional charge of £15.00 will apply.
*3. Bank Holidays and Weekend Rates:*
– Bank holidays will be subject to the same pricing as weekend bookings. Please be aware of this when making your reservation.
*4. Cancellation Policy:*
– All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we are unable to provide refunds or reschedule sessions.
*5. Cleaning Fee:*
– A £10.00 cleaning fee will be added to all bookings to maintain the studio’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
*6. Studio Rules and Regulations:*
– Please adhere to all studio rules and regulations provided on-site during your session. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or eviction from the studio premises.
*7. Equipment and Damages:*
– Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or facilities during their session. Damages will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
*8. Studio Hours:*
– Respect the agreed-upon studio booking times. Overstaying without prior approval may result in additional charges.
*9. Liability:*
– The photography studio is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your session.
*10. Privacy and Data:*
– We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided during the booking process will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
